Admissions

Admission Procedure

Students satisfying the eligibility criteria (as mentioned below), are admitted to academic programmes, based on the marks secured in the Qualifying examination.

Application for Admission to the various programmes are invited through Advertisements in leading newspapers. The details regarding admissions are also available in the university website.

Eligible candidates can apply online through our website.

Payment can be done online (Netbanking / Credit / Debit card) or through DD in favour of “Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education” payable at Rajapalayam.

Eligibility Norms

OL programmes

Any student from anywhere in the world.
10+2 or its equivalent, for the Bachelor’s degree programmes.
Bachelor’s degree, for M.A. and M.C.A. programmes.
For the M.Sc. (Data Science) program, a student should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Mathematics or Computer applications, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

ODL programmes

10+2 or its equivalent for the Bachelor’s degree programs.
Bachelor’s degree, for M.A., MSW and M.C.A. programmes.
Any Bachelor’s degree, including B.E. / B.Tech. for MBA programme.

Application Filling Instructions

Candidate Registration

All the communications from the Institution will be done through your registered E-Mmail ID and Mobile Number. So provide a valid e-mail ID and mobile number. Change in e-mail ID and mobile number after registration is not allowed.
Step 1: Enter all the relevant details carefully. A registration details will be sent to your registered mobile no. and email id.
Step 2: Login with your registration details send to your E-Mail / Mobile number. Provide all relevant details carefully, before submission.
Step 3: Photograph Image : Size should be between 10KB to 200 KB with the dimension of 3.5 CM X 4.5 CM. Signature Image : Size should be between 10KB to 200 KB with the dimension of 3.5 CM X 1.5 CM. For Photograph, background must be plain white or off-white. Head must be directly facing the camera with your full face in view. No hats or head coverings, unless you wear it daily for religious purposes. Your full face must be visible and your head covering cannot cast shadows on your face.
