In compliance with the instructions of National Commission for women and
guidelines issued on the subject of sexual harassment of women in the workplace, KARE has
a duly constituted Complaint Committee for considering complaints of sexual harassment of
female Students/ Faculty/ Research Scholar and Non-teaching Staff. As per the guidelines
and rules laid down by the AICTE, UGC (No.F.91-1/2013) and Vishaka guidelines (Sexual
Harassment Act, 2013) for the institutions, the composition of the Complaint Committee was
revised subsequent to various reasons of the existing Chairperson / Member. KARE ICC has
now been re-constituted for the Academic Year 2023 – 2024 for considering complaints of
sexual harassment of women employees/ students. The Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) is reconstituted with the following faculty
members for the academic year 2025-26. ICC is committed to address all instances of harassments
including sexual harassment and pursue disciplinary action against those who choose to violate the
rights of others.
