    Lead research analyst and consultant for Asia/Pacific for innovation, manufacturing systems, automation, Industry 4.0, supply chain management, product development, business process management for in-depth analysis, research and insights, best practices for enabling emerging technologies.

Change Agent for local team of 600 engineers in collaboration with global team and partners for a successful go-live, ongoing support and improvement.

    Work stream leader for PLM, pan-HP initiative driving transformation – CoE setup, SKU rationalization and cycle time reduction. Other areas included Order Fulfillment (improvement in ship to first commit, consolidation of consumer and commercial business), Procurement and Planning (Finished Goods Inventory distribution).

    Senior Project Manager, Cambridge Solutions, Bangalore Jul 2007 – Mar 2009

    Program Manager for PLM applications in manufacturing domain, in collaboration with Dassault Systemes. Led a team of 50 members. Implemented several end-to-end strategic projects, upgrades and product development efforts. Key accounts/projects handled: Ashok Leyland, LG, Masoneilan.

    Six Sigma Black Belt, Analytics CoE, Genpact, Bangalore Feb 2006 – Jul 2007

    Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in ‘Analytics Centre of Excellence’, Genpact, in SCM vertical. Trained & Tested in DMAIC methodology. Green Belt trainer. Projects: Inventory Optimization for C class parts at parts warehouse for GE Aviation, Capacity Utilization of Repair Shops for GE Energy.

    Project Manager, GE Energy/GRC, Bangalore, Atlanta, Greenville Jun 2000 – Feb 2006

    Project Manager for key PLM/digitization programs at John F Welch Technology Centre and on intra-company transfer at GE Energy onsite to deliver mission critical applications.
    – SMART (Safety Management and Reliability Tracking) – an incident reporting, analyses and lessons learnt
    application designed for analysis of turbine reliability and safety data. Collaborated with ReliaSoft to customize their QTMS product for multiple businesses in GE.
    – Project Manager for a suite of PLM applications for gas turbine bill-of-material management, tracking of capital parts throughout its life cycle, automation of Quote to Order process for turbine uprates.
