About the Convocation

This is to inform all concerned that the Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education has decided to organize 39^th Annual Convocation in Dr. K S Krishnan Auditorium on 01-08-2026 & 02-08-2026.

• The students, who have cleared all the prescribed norms for the award of the degree in 39^th convocation i.e. 2025-2026 passed out students, have to fill out the ONLINE application form
• All applicant must submit their application form through online only. The online form will be available from 4:00 PM on 22 June 2026.
• The Last date to fill out the online form and submit the same on or before 20.07.2026 (4.00 pm).
• It is mandatory for all the graduates to come and confirm their presence on campus in the registration desk (In front of 8^th block) on the day of convocation (01-08-2026 – before 9.00 am for Morning Session and 12 pm for Afternoon session.) & (02-08-2026 – before 9.00 am for Morning Session)
• Convocation dress will be provided in the indoor stadium after the registration process is over in the respective venue. In this regard, they have to pay Rs. 250 (Caution deposit + Convocation dress) after the convocation function Rs.200 will be refunded.
• Lunch will be provided for all members in the Convocation function.
• 
  Candidates will be allowed to get their degree certificates only in the respective slots. If any candidates missed the morning slot, they can’t able to get the degree certificates during afternoon slot.
• University bus facility will be available from Krishnankovil (8.30 am onwards)
