Bank

Union Bank of India, Watrap Branch has established an extension counter with an ATM counter facility in the University Amenities Block, exclusively for the benefit of the University staff and the students. Timings for the transactions in the bank are:

Monday to Friday - 10.00hrs to 14.00hrs

Saturday            - 10.00hrs to 12.00hrs

ATM facility is available round the clock.

All the students are advised to have an account with the bank to facilitate transactions between them and the University.

Post Office

Post Office is housed in the University Amenities Block that functions between 10.00 A.M and 2.00 P.M. on all central government working days.  This office does the regular delivery of mail to both day-scholars and hostel students.  The box meant for collection of mail for the day scholar is placed in the administrative block and the hostellers’ mailbox is located in respective hostels.  On intimation of any registered posts and money orders, the students can approach the Postmaster, and on producing his/her identity card, he/she can get the same.

STD, Photocopying, FAX

These facilities are outsourced in the University Amenities Block. STD booth is located in the amenities block for use by all in campus.  It has Photocopying, Fax, and STD facilities.  Separate STD booths are available in both the Ladies Hostels exclusively for the inmates of the hostel.

Canteen and Stores

Two vegetarian canteens are in the campus that provides all types of snacks, meals, fruit juices and ice-creams. Cool Down corner sells all types of fruits, fruit juices and ice creams. 

Corner Shop sells all stationery items, snacks, gift items, greeting cards, toiletries, etc.
