Objective:
The main objective of this course is to acquaint participants with VLSI Design fundamentals and provide them with practical knowledge of the software and tools used for these designs.
Eligibility:
Pre-final and final year students doing Engineering degree in Electronics / Electrical / Electronics and Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation / Computer Science and Engineering / Computer Engineering.
B.Sc degree graduates & diploma graduates in the above disciplines are also eligible.
Pre-requisites
All applicants should possess a sound knowledge of electronic circuits, Analog and digital Design, Computer Architecture and Unix commands.
Course Duration : 40 hours

- Design of mixed signal circuits using Cadence MDE
- VHDL Programming of digital circuits using ModelSim
- Verilog Programming of digital circuits using ModelSim
- Synthesizing and hardware implementation of digital circuits using Xilinx CPLD
